General Information
Introduced in 1971 as an update to the original Day Sailer, the Day Sailer II added
positive foam flotation, two cockpit inspection/bailing ports and a self-bailing cockpit.  
The hull and rig were left unchanged.

At the time of the introduction of the Day Sailer II about 5,000 of the original Day Sailer
had been manufactured.
